Raptor CTX (Coming Soon)

  • Raptor CTX specialist cermet carbide tips cutting 6X more holes than Raptor T Carbide cutters.

  • Specialist flute geometry for cutting the hardest materials under significant heat. Ideal for use in plant, defence heavy haulage refurbishment and upgrades.

  • Perfect for tough steels (up to 1800 N/mm²) and hard alloys, including Hardox, Inox and Inconel.

    SSAB tested and approved for drilling Hardox 500.

  • Always use a pilot pin to enhance cutter life by 80%.

Tests done in collaboration with SSAB have shown it is possible to drill Hardox wear plate up to a hardness level of 500 Brinell.
